Emilie Claire Barlow's 2007 release The Very Thought of You, a work which saw the singer come into her own, topped the Canadian jazz charts and earned her a nomination for a Juno Award in the category of Vocal Jazz Album of the Year. Emilie-Claire's performance of Alex Kramer's "There Ain't Nobody Here But Us Chickens " at the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame Gala was nominated for a Gemini Award in the same year. This March, she released her much anticipated 7th studio album, the positively stylish Haven't We Met?, which jumped to #1 on the Jazz charts in Canada. From Toronto to Tokyo, France's Cote d'Azure to the Montreal International Jazz Festival, Emilie-Claire continues to endear herself to audiences and critics everywhere with her relaxed stage presence, her sense of humour, and most importantly, her stunning vocal performances.
