This program of music, dance, and theatre was inspired by and features Beethoven's Kreutzer Sonata. The evening includes 15 Heterosexual Duets, choreographed by James Kudelka to the entire sonata and accompanied by Andrew Burashko on piano and Marie Bérard on violin. The program also featured a theatrical adaptation of Tolstoy's novella, The Kreutzer Sonata, with live underscoring from Beethoven's masterpiece.

Fifteen Heterosexual Duets was created for the Toronto Dance Theatre and premiered in Waterloo, Ontario in 1991.
