Art of Time Ensemble’s annual holiday concert both thumbed its nose at convention and embraced the sentiment of the season. It was an irreverent, fresh approach to seasonal entertainment that experimented with the familiar and offered an eclectic range of unconventional holiday music from artists like Joni Mitchell, Tom Waits, Tom Lehrer, and many more. Kick off your holiday celebrations with singers Jackie Richardson, Chris Murphy, David Wall, Tom Wilson and Liam Russell, who performed an extensive selection of festive tunes that ranged in sentiment from nostalgia to melancholy and mischief.
