All That Jazz????? (2000)

All That Jazz?????

january 9, 2000

glenn gould studio, Toronto

Jazz influenced music by 20th century composers including Kurt Weill, Mauricio Kagel, George Gershwin, Bohuslav Martinu, Phil Dwyer and others. This was the first Art of Time program to involve a non-classical (jazz) musician - Phil Dwyer. The goal was to explore this jazz influenced repertoire, usually performed by classical musicians, with a purely jazz sensibility.
